Built by Kevin Spriggs in 1999, Malbis Shell was the first private commercial development in the Historical Malbis Plantation district of Daphne,Al. The development plans included a restaurant and Kevin joined with local restaurateur George Ferniany to plan and open L.A. Subs deli and grill.
