General Description

Fiscal Oversight Consulting provides asset location services for our clients. These are funds being held in your name that are unknown to you. If we have not contacted you, then you are likely not owed money. We do not solicit clients, we find them. Unfortunately, we cannot locate funds that are not in the data bases we search, it simply does not work that way. We wish we could. Our fees are paid to us directly by the agency holding these funds, and are limited by law to ten percent of all assets actually recovered by us. The fee will be deducted from what is owed to you, you will never send us any money at all. If we have contacted you, rest assured you are owed these funds. You will receive a check less our ten percent fee. All expenses for the location, indexing, and filing of your claim are borne by us. No recovery, no fee.
