General Description

All Levels Self-Defense learn how to defend against the most common attack types, from grabs and pushes to punches and kicks and weapons attacks, and even ground techniques. Each class, you will walk out having learned a full technique to defend against an attack, as taught to you by senior instructor Maynard Breese, the only active Budo Taijutsu (ninjutsu) instructor in Arizona to have worked with both Black Belt Hall of Fame member Stephen K Hayes and founder of the Discovery Martial Arts group, Hanshi John Poliquin. All Levels classes are held Wednesday nights from 7-8:30 PM and Saturday mornings from 10-11:30 AM, at 1250 East Southern Ave, Mesa, Az 85204
