Co-owner Son Nguyen brings more than 18 years of experience in the beauty industry. Before moving to the United States, she successfully owned and operated three beauty salons in Vietnam, where she built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, client relationships, and professional excellence. After relocating to Arizona, she continued that vision by co-founding Sonthuy Brows and Lash and later expanding with Sonthuy Hair and Skin, creating two luxury salons dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and results. Son is the creative vision and heart of Sonthuy Beauty. Her artistry, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality shape the identity of the brand and define the experience clients have come to expect. Every service, standard, and detail reflects her passion for helping clients look and feel their absolute best. Co-owner Joshua Jordan served in the United States Army from April 2017 through October 2023, completing more than six years of honorable military service before transitioning into full-time business ownership following his honorable discharge. His military background brings discipline, integrity, accountability, leadership, and operational excellence into every aspect of the business, helping build the systems, consistency, and customer experience that support Sonthuy Beauty's continued growth. Together, Son and Joshua have combined artistry with operational excellence to create two luxury beauty destinations where clients receive personalized care, exceptional service, and lasting results. Their shared mission is to provide an elevated experience built on trust, professionalism, and genuine hospitality from the moment every client walks through the door.
