My favorite part of my job is talking to my patients, getting to know them on a personal level. Doing that gives me an entirely different perspective on how to treat them. It also helps me understand them better so that I can explain their health situation and help them become more educated about they own care. I want my patients to know that at Mercy, we?re honored to care for them, and we love being part of their health care and well-being journey.
