Our offering of chicken and sides is heavy on tradition, with a goop Kitchen twist. To craft the seasonally evolving, craving-satisfying, always clean menu, we borrowed from Gwyneth Paltrow’s own cookbooks. Within those pages, vegetables received the high touch approach usually reserved for proteins.
