General Description

Most Corona houses went up as tract homes from the 1980s onward, and many now need kitchen, bath and system updates at the same time. Corona Construction sets up an on-site walk with a nearby contractor, who plans and builds the job, from kitchen and bathroom remodeling to room additions and ADUs. The same setup applies in Coronita, just west of town, and in Williams Canyon across the mountains, where another county runs the permit office. Outside, concrete driveways and house painting come down to timing. Summer highs in the 90s pull water from fresh slabs and make paint skin over, so pours start early and exterior coats go on in cooler hours. Work runs in sequence, so walls get opened once and finishes go in last.
