The majority of our work is aluminum, plastic (Peek, PPS, Torlon, etc.), and stainless steel; however, we also work with a variety of steels, including titanium and copper. Often 4th axis is in nature, limited only by the capacity of the enclosed list of equipment. We have embraced statistical quality control and practice real-time sampling of inspection data at our machining centers.
