Hi, I’m Afshin (pronounced of-sheen), a queer therapist dedicated to creating a safe place for you to land. I work with teens, young adults, and LGBTQIA+ folks navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, or the pressure to keep it all together. Whether you are masking all day, stuck in task paralysis, or recovering from a sensory hangover, I see you. My approach is collaborative and human-centered, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic theory, DBT, CBT, and Solution-Focused work. More than anything, I provide a space where you feel seen and never pressured to be “normal.” Together, we will question old stories, build new tools, and make room for survival and joy. Some weeks we dive deep into the hard stuff, and other weeks we celebrate that you made your bed or remembered to eat.
