Diego’s recipes are freshly made, from the warm home-made bread that starts your experience, to the guacamole, salsas & sauces that accompany your meal. We consciously source quality local products that are friendly to our environment…this includes free-range, naturally raised meats without antibiotics or hormones, as well as wild-caught fish that are not endangered from over-fishing. We also purchase organic produce whenever possible….SALUD!!
