General Description

I want to teach you how to access moving your body in ways you never thought of. Half of my business is devoted to body conditioning, and the other half is made up of people who suffer from joint pain or mobility issues. I work with all ages from youth to geriatric training in fitness, dance, yoga, mobility training, and chronic pain/ illness. I have a strong belief in the modalities I teach because I have over 30 years of practical experience that they work. I offer Aline Comprehensive Workouts, Yoga, Pilates, FRC Functional Range Conditioning, GYROTONIC, GYROKINESIS, Lotte Berk based (original bar work), and Dance Conditioning. These modalites are used in fitness and active rehabilitation based formats for any age at any level.
