Acro Yoga Immersion with Patrick Brady Valentines Day weekend at Black Sheep Yoga Studio in Oceanside. Join the guru of Acro Yoga as he offers two workshops for all levels of yogis. For those looking to try Acro for the first time, join us on Saturday the 15th for a two hour hands on overview into the world of Acro Yoga. This time slot will be tailored to beginners and will show you how to safely and efficiently participate in this incredible activity. Sunday's offering will be a 3 and 1/2 hour experience showing those who have a solid foundation in Acro to the next level. Come to either event solo or with a partner.
