I have successfully treated a wide variety of health problems and injuries ranging from migraine headaches neck and back pain, digestive problems, constipation, respiratory problems and including extensive experience with auto-accident injuries and work related injuries. History: Established in 1980 I graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport Iowa, "The Fountainhead". Immediately after graduating I came to California in 1980 and started a practice and a family. Meet the Doctor: Mark R. Steed, D.C. I have had a lifelong desire to learn about learning about health & wellness especially helping others. This interest has taken me down many avenues in life. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where chiropractic was founded in 1895 The recognition of the direct relationship between the human spine and health has been accepted for thousands of years. I began practice in 1980 and focused on spinal adjustments to reduce or eliminate nerve interference as well as health recommendations to my patients about nutrition, herbs, clean water, some form of exercise, even if just walking or swirling about in a swimming pool as movement is essential for any optimum state of health. Also a huge factor in health is the relationship between the Mind&Body since as much as 90% of all illness may be psychosomatic in origin.
