General Description

We're a unique yoga studio located at CrossFit Sacramento, dedicated to recovering what we believe to be the essence of movement. We offer a traditional yoga philosophy and classes available to everyone. By bringing awareness to the aspects of mind, body and spirit, we are able to break old habits and build a greater conscious awareness to what we need to stay healthy. We hope that you’ll gain knowledge and the ability to push yourself into new limits in each practice. We care deeply about our students, by taking a very balanced and open approach to physical fitness and yoga.
