General Description

Bouche is a California-French restaurant with an oft-changing seasonal menu and a focus on small plates created by Chef Nicolas Borzee. The beer and wine list is centered on small producers from both California and France. Bouche is the creation of Guillaume Issaverdens, a French native who grew up in Provence and has worked in restaurants in France, Boston and the Bay Area. Our Chef, Nicolas Borzee was born and raised in Alsace, France. He worked in the finest restaurants in France for ten years, training with Joel Robuchon and Michel Troigros in Paris, and with Alain Ducasse in Monaco. Moving in San Francisco three years ago, he comes to Bouche by way of Coi, Where he was a sous chef. At Bouche he is excited to cook traditional French and Mediterraneen dishes with Bay Area ingredients and inspiration.
