David Kittredge - Owner has been a part of the Triptych family since 1998 managing the café for the previous owner, then joining the Chef de Cuisine Catering team to purchase the Cafe in 2004, and becoming Triptych in April 2005. David has added warmth and an artistic edge to Triptych with a rotating artist program with works from Kelly DeFayette, Peter Demopolous, Mati McDonough, Hugh D'Andrade and Daniel Furon. It's also David's passion for plants that has led to the beautiful garden seating area behind Triptych, and his love of music that accounts for the exciting mix of progressive styles heard throughout the restaurant.
