Chef Curtis Dorsett aka "The Singing Chef," has been a local favorite dating back to his ownership of Peterberrys Café in the mid '70s to mid '90s. At the Sunflower Caffé he is in his element, enjoying free reign when it comes to the menu. He’s a die-hard when it comes to fresh, quality ingredients. He’s a perfectionist, whose joy in life is derived from creating delectable dishes, both subtle and savory. Curtis' tasty sandwiches, soups, salads, homemade Frittata, and bread pudding are not the only items showcased here.
