Welcome to Digger's Deli.....and "Thanks for stopping by our website!" Owner Chef Gigi Warshawsky, her husband Peter Vessels and son Joshua Warshawsky own Dish It Up Catering and have worked in the restaurant business for 35 years. It only made sense to expand their talents and food creations to include one of Vacaville's "Best of 2013 in the food and drink catagory" of the city of Vacaville. Not only do they make amazing food, and cater, but their attention to detail meets the needs of all customers and the food they enjoy. Digger's Deli is not only for the person that loves it all, but it is for vegetarians, vegans and those that are gluten free and more.
