It is an honor and an inspiration to witness a person's growth. Being a part of that transformation is my passion and my life's work. I am a transpersonal therapist, meaning that I hold a person's emotional journey within the larger context of their overall spiritual path. Transpersonal psychotherapy is unique from traditional psychotherapy in that it views a person as a spiritual being who is having a human experience. From that perspective, the process of developing self-awareness is a remembering of the essential nature. Expanding one's consciousness becomes a sacred unfoldment through which we begin to create ourselves and our lives intentionally.
