Dr. Shi is originally from central New Jersey. He earned a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University, followed by his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Following his education, he moved to Lexington, Kentucky to complete an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Kentucky. A passion for preventive medicine and population health has naturally guided him toward a career in primary care.“My goal is to support my patients to achieve the highest quality of life possible.
