A native of Pleasant Valley, New York, Dr. Fast earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Canisius College in Buffalo. She graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathy from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. She completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Fast completed a Fellowship in Family Medicine Obstetrics with Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas. As a provider, her clinical interests include women's health, care for the LGBTQIA+ community, diabetes, and lifestyle medicine.“I am passionate about helping patients meet their healthcare goals.
