General Description

We decided to open our restaurant 3 years ago after a long search for the right location. The search ended just up the street from our sister restaurant, Gaia Bistro. www.gaiabistro.com We spent 8 months converting the guest house into a pizza kitchen with a five ton wood burning oven imported directly from Italy. We coverted the garden to be an oasis for people to gather and dine in our unique, outdoor seating areas. Then we spent 3 months converting the 100 year old cottage next to the garden for additional seating and to build a bar. As we have evolved our Southern Italian styled pizza selection, our clientele has flourished making our pizzeria very popular for a fun relaxed, family freindly (dogs too) dining destination on Old Pearl St in Denver, CO. We believe that our ability to grow(during our growing season we supply ourselves with 70% of the produce used in our restauants), is key to creating our superior product. We are Colorado's only pizzeria with a direct connection to your food the food we serve you; we simply grow our own or source within a 60 mile radius - this dedication is time consuming, costly, and hard - but we wouln't have it anyother way.
