Washington Park Chiropractic is an integral part of the neighborhood. We understand how important staying healthy, active and in-shape is and our goal is to keep you doing what you love. Dr. Lisa Goodman, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), has extensive experience working with athletes of all skill levels and is one of few chiropractors in the area using the cutting edge Graston Technique for soft tissue injuries.

We feel strongly that a healthy pregnancy and delivery depend on prenatal chiropractic care. Dr. Goodman is certified in the Webster Technique, used during pregnancy to promote optimal fetal positioning for delivery. We offer Metagenics Prenatal Vitamins for complete care during pregnancy.

Dr. Goodman uses a variety of adjusting techniques including diversified Palmer adjusting to suit all shapes, sizes and ages of patients. Each patient has a role in deciding which technique will work best for them.
