General Description

A Grand Junction native, Brier’s goal has always been to return to the area and care for her community. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Colorado College in Colorado Springs. During this time, Brier ran on the varsity cross-country team and was a medical assistant at various dermatology offices. She returned to the Western Slope and graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Colorado Mesa University. Brier is passionate about working with each patient to create an individualized health plan that best fits their needs and goals. “I strive to help patients understand how they can be involved in their own health journey.” Brier’s mother completed a family medicine residency at St. Mary's Hospital, and her compassion and patient care inspired Brier to choose her career path. She dedicates much of her free time to training for ultra-running races, practicing yoga, and working to perfect bread recipes.
