Megan was raised on a cattle farm in southern Maryland. She attended Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina for her undergraduate studies in nutrition and dietetics. She continued her studies at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston where she completed a Dietetic Internship. Megan is passionate about empowering patients to be confident in their food choices and healthy habits.“I am the nutrition expert, but you are the ‘you’ expert! My job is to work with you to find healthy habits that are practical for your everyday life, and align with your culture and food preferences.”In her spare time, Megan, her husband and their rescue dog, Roxy love playing outside. They can often be found hiking, running, snowboarding, paddleboarding, camping and fishing.
