Originally from Nepal, Dr. Sherpa moved to the UK for high school, where she completed her undergraduate studies and medical training. After working as a physician in the UK, she moved to the United States to complete her family medicine residency and now looks forward to building a long-term home and practice here. Outside of work, she prioritizes quality time with her husband, their energetic toddler, and close friends. They love exploring the outdoors, going on hikes, and finding little moments of joy together. Dr. Sherpa stays active through regular workouts and makes mindfulness a part of her daily routine, which helps her stay grounded, present, and balanced both personally and professionally.
