TerraSole, located in Ridgefield CT, is owned and operated by Lana & Pietro Polini. Mr. Polini was previously the general manager of Siena Ristorante in Stamford CT. Prior to that, he worked his way through some of the finest Italian restaurants in NYC. Mr. Polini’s true restaurant roots are firmly planted in Italy where his family still operates restaurants in Puglia & Rimini.TerraSole Ristorante offers organic innovative Italian cuisine just off of historic Main Street in Ridgefield. Our flavorful hand-picked produce from local Connecticut farms are paired with fresh meat, fish, and foul from artesian producers. All of our dishes are also available for take-out.
