Dr. Berbari earned his medical degree at the University of Balamand Faculty of Medicine and Medical Sciences in Lebanon. He completed an internal medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Englewood Medical Center in Englewood, N.J., and served as chief fellow during a hematology/medical oncology fellowship at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans. Dr. Berbari is a clinical investigator in the Clinical Therapy Evaluation Program and a member of several professional organizations. He has published his work in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented scientific papers at professional symposiums. Improving his patients’ quality of life is a priority for Dr. Berbari. He feels it is important to address the patient as a whole when administering treatment to truly promote overall health and well-being. Dr. Berbari is fluent in English, French and Arabic. When he is not caring for patients, he enjoys painting and teaching others how to paint.
