“The Clam” as it is called by the locals, is a friendly honkytonk near the historic Cortez Fishing Village. With live music like the famous Tuesday night “Clam Jam” along with great seafood and house smoked barbecue you’ll see why its refered to as a “Five Star Dive Bar”. ”We have this old fishing village-style bar with a raw bar, so we shuck in front of everybody,” says co-owner John Medico. “Everybody knows the product is nice and fresh because they see it being shucked. All the clams are locally grown and harvested in Tampa Bay.”
