Hello, my name is Marc Schecter, MD, and I work as a board-certified pediatric pulmonologist. I joined the faculty of the University of Florida in June 2021. I attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and pursued my pediatric residency and pediatric pulmonary medicine fellowship at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Following my training, I joined the faculty at the Baylor College of Medicine where I served as the director of the pediatric pulmonary fellowship program and the medical director of the lung transplant program at Texas Children's Hospital.
