My name is Vincent Bird, MD, and I serve as the chief of the UF Division of Minimally Invasive Surgery and as the co-director of the Urology Endourology/Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship Program. I attended medical school at the State University of New York in Stony Brook, where I received my medical degree with distinction in research and was awarded for my work involving cellular processes related to cancer and inflammation. Following medical school, I completed two residencies in general surgery and urology at the University of Miami.
