General Description

The firm was organized in 1984 for the practice of public accounting including, auditing, review and compilation of financial statements, Income and estate tax practice as well as being a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. In addition, I provide trustee and personal representative services for my clients. My rates are very affordable. My accounting practice specializes in section 8 HUD audits, Condominium audits, accounting and bookkeeping for small businesses and not for profit organizations. My small business practice consists of compilation of financial statements and bookkeeping services for a variety of clientele. As a certified QuickBooks pro advisor, I am able to assist my clients with all their Quick books needs. My tax practice consist of federal and state income preparation as well as tax planning and research for individuals, corporations, trusts and estates and federal estate and gift taxation. I also represent taxpayers before various governmental agencies. At the federal level I represent clients before the IRS and up to the tax court. In addition to my accounting practice Fred Noble has taught taxation including tax research and partnership taxation as an adjunct professor at the graduate level of a state university and as a guest lecturer at a private college.
