Veteran restaurateurs Dan and Lise-Anne Serafini who partnered in the crowd-pleasing “East Side Mario’s” Little Italy concept at Aventura Mall in the 1980’s own GG’s on the Water. After selling Mario’s to a national concern, they kept their options open for another opportunity. GG’s is a fresh take on waterfront dining with friendly service and exceptional food prepared in an open kitchen commanded by chef Henry Gonzalez, who has worked with the Serafini’s at their other ventures.
