Pietro’s On The River, located on Hutchinson Island at The Island Dunes Country Club, is the talk of town and for good reason. Presenting ‘innovative American cuisine’, the kitchen is supervised by Chef Robert, formerly of Rottie’s and PGA Country Club at St. Lucie West. Chef Robert uses only the finest ingredients to compliment any number of offerings from the center cut filet to a rack of lamb, fresh seafood, poultry as well as new ideas for pasta dishes. Daily specials tempt the pallet and even more tempting is the classic elegance of the dining room.
