Jane Hlis, Clinical Director is a graduate from Northwestern University, Chicago, IL. She is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a certified professional Tennis Instructor. These combined certifications have allowed Jane the opportunity to work with professional and amateur athletes for both rehabilitation and performance enhancements. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, her clinical knowledge in general orthopedics is extensive including the areas of rotator cuff/shoulder injuries, balance and gait dysfunctions, knee reconstruction and arthritis/ post-joint replacements. She has also received training in manual therapy related to extremities, cervical and lumbar spine. Her exposure to the worker's compensation arena in the areas of Functional Capacity Evaluations, work conditioning and case management has allowed her to excel in designing objective return to work programs. As clinical director, Jane is extremely patient oriented and outcome focused. Her extensive and diverse background in physical therapy assures superior results at Atlantic Sportcare.
