At Ragnar Jiu Jitsu, we specialize in high-level Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction for adults, teens, and kids—focusing on no-gi techniques that are both effective and battle-tested. We are proud to operate inside Freestyle Muay Thai in Lutz, FL. with one of the first pit walls in the Tampa Bay Area! Our head instructor, Professor James "Ragnar" Doner, is a United States Marine Corps veteran and a dedicated martial artist with over two decades of experience. Professor James earned his black belt under Professor Mike Geery, a 3rd-degree black belt under Professor Cassio Cardosi, who holds a 5th-degree black belt under the legendary Master Fabio Gurgel.
