Bella Cuba Restaurant opened its doors to the public of Dublin, Ireland and in fact the world in 1999. It is a family Owned Restaurant with 100% Cuban Staff. The head chef and owner Juan Carlos Jimenez is very proud of the family business since Bella Cuba is The first and only Cuban restaurant in Ireland. Bella Cuba Restaurant has been recommended by many established critics and guides and have received many awards for their contribution in to food quality, service & presentation. With great success in Ireland the family crossed the Atlantic & opened their second restaurant in South Beach, Miami, April of 2005. This Bella Cuba has many of its original traits of fine dining and extensive menus. Although the Miami restaurant is only open one year it has received much media attention and has already received great reviews from The Miami Herald and Sunpost Newspapers. The family expresses great interest in expanding their fine restaurant network in California, San Diego and Texas in the near future.
