Alex Powell, M.D., is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with subspecialty training in vascular interventional radiology with Baptist Health Heart & Vascular Care at Baptist Health Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. He went on to complete fellowship training in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of California San Diego and additional advanced training at Baptist Health Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. With decades of experience in interventional radiology, Dr. Powell has been a leader in the development and application of endovascular therapies for arterial and venous disease. His clinical expertise includes minimally invasive treatments for peripheral arterial disease, venous disease and complex vascular conditions. He is known for his collaborative approach, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
