Providing mental health counseling,spiritual counseling, individual, couples, teen and children, marriage, online and phone therapy. Also specializing in Present Centered Awareness. Therapy with the goal to do the lasting and effective change through raising your awareness, self actualization and level of consciousness as it pertains to yourself, others and your own growth. I have been in practice for over 15 years and do not subscribe to the majority of therapy conducted today. I do not seek to give clients coping skills and tools to manage symptoms. It is my true and firm belief that a client if willing to put in the work can understand the fear and conditioning that is creating the symptoms (depression, anger, anxiety, etc). Once this is revealed and the irrational belief or thought is changed, the problem no longer exist. The type of therapy you will receive from me is direct yet done from the highest place of unconditional love and respect for my clients. I want to challenge you to fully understand who you are in context to the world around you. Once self actualization is realized all problems seize to exist with others and the environment around you. I pull from different spiritual concepts but do not adhere to just one. Each have wonderful concepts that can be intertwined and utilized along the path of life. Spirituality is a connected with yourself and the true alignment with your highest self. The essence and spirit of who you are and your true nature.
