With a degree in electrical engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, Dr. Gluck began his career working as a biomedical engineer at the Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University in New York City. Answering a call to serve, Dr. Gluck decided to attend dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. After four years of focused study Dr. Gluck received a doctoral degree in general dentistry.
