Diara S. In 2015, she received her board certification in sports medicine following her sports medicine fellowship at North Shore LIJ-Plainview Hospital in NY. During her fellowship training, she was one of the team physicians for Long Island University-CW Post Football team for the 2013 season and was the sole medical provider for the football team’s away games.
