Dr. Kevin Carson, co-founder of Georgia Vascular Institute graduated from Dartmouth College and attended Temple University School of Medicine. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Carson performed his internship at Tufts University, and his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at The University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He then completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology at Columbia University. Dr. Carson became committed to the fight against uterine fibroids and empowering women through treatment. Upon learning of a nonsurgical breakthrough known as uterine fibroid embolization, Dr. Carson became one of the first doctors to perform the procedure in the Georgia. Today, Dr.
