Giovanni Pastrami is a brand new creation that is a combination of three existing successful Waikiki restaurant concepts. owners Robert and Suzan Bach opened Round Table Pizza in 1995 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and have served more than two million guests the Island's freshest and tastiest pizza. In 2003, the Bacs opened round table pizza and sports bar at the Ohana East Hotel, Waikiki's only sports bar and CJ's New York Style Deli at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Waikiki's only New York Style Deli.
