General Description

Enjoy a personal class in the comfort of our Yoga Waikiki Studio 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency, or in the shade of a Banyan Tree in Kapiolani Park, perhaps around sunset time, or at 7:00 am on the Beach, in the shade of another Banyan tree. Personal classes are $150 per hour, and are usually taught by Dennis Miller. With a few weeks advance notice, the other instructors are also available. The fee is the same for an individual or a group up to 20 people. Dennis's style can include Partner Yoga, which for families and friends is a wonderful interactive experience, or any of his other styles. Age and experience are not obstacles. Part of the benefit of class in the studio is use of the wall barre with straps, the balls, and a thick MMA type mat can be placed on the floor to provide total knee and ankle comfort.
