Island Lava Java Bistro Grill offers freshest food on the island, we use only grass fed Big Island Beef, free range Big Island Chicken, Big Island organic goat cheese, locally grown, purchased direct from the farmer organic produce. All of our food is prepared from fresh everyday to the highest quality standards. We have a bakery on site and we bake all of our pastries, muffins, desserts, breads and pizza dough daily. We also bake our World Famous "Cinnamon Rolls and Pull-a-Parts" every morning. Be sure to get there early they get snatched up very fast every morning.
