Hello! I'm Meredith, a compassionate therapist specializing in Holistic Therapy with a focus on Mind-Body connection. My educational journey is deeply rooted in the integration of mind and body wellness. With a Master of Arts in Somatic Counseling Psychology and Dance/Movement Therapy from Naropa University and certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I embrace a holistic approach to well-being. My thirst for adventure in my 20's led me around the globe, from studying abroad in Spain, China, and Costa Rica to volunteering in diverse cultural settings.
