Dr. Chad Woolner first began what was then known as Align Chiropractic back in 2009. Since then the clinic has grown and has served literally thousands of Treasure Valley residents. Now Align Integrated Medical provides a unique and modern, team approach to solving the most common functional health problems such as back pain, neck pain, knee pain and other similar problems. We help patients fix their problems once and for all rather than just provide temporary symptom relief. We do this through an approach we refer to as "Fundamental Medicine". Fundamental Medicine is a team approach that uses the very best of Regenerative & Functional Medicine, Chiropractic, Progressive Focused Rehab, and Massage Therapy.
