General Description

KidStrong Carol Stream is a science-based training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids, from crawling through age 11. Baby, toddler, preschool and school-age sessions are led by highly-trained coaches who take kids through age-appropriate challenges and competitions in weekly 45-minute classes. Kids run ninja courses, climb ropes, flip tires, sprint and build the foundation to excel at any sport, while practicing public speaking, teamwork, grit and problem solving to excel at life. Kids rank up and earn extra in-class responsibilities like Class Captain. 96% of parents say KidStrong is why their kids are more confident. We also host epic birthday parties and camps in Carol Stream.
