Sports Academy. The clinic is located on the first floor of the B.A.S.H.?s training facility at 2617 W. Fletcher St, Chicago, IL. Dr. Virgilio C. Castillo?s goal still remains the same in meeting your healthcare needs with a natural and safe approach. However, at Chicago Sports & Chiro in the B.A.S.H. Sports Academy ?Keeping You In The Game Of Life? also allows them to meet your goal: get out of pain fast and keep you on the field longer, whatever ?field? is appropriate for you, whether it be on the sports field, work, or home. Every patient is different and the healing times are different but our aim, as in golf-the lower score the better, is to address and improve your symptoms with the lowest amount of visits as possible. Our process of care is to Improve/Heal your symptoms, Correct the problem, and then Work to prevent the problem from returning. After patients? hard work and enjoying the relief from pain, most patients choose to continue with preventative chiropractic care. Insurance companies do not cover for preventative chiropractic care, so we have made our preventative chiropractic care an affordable out of pocket expense. Our preventative chiropractic care has no treatment schedule and patients have the control of when they would like to come in. Dr. Castillo is In-Network with BCBS P.P.O., Cigna P.P.O., Private Health Care Systems (PHCS), and MultiPlan based insurance plans. He also accepts personal accident cases and Worker?s Comp cases. Monday Morning: Available By Appointment Only Tuesday and Thursday: 9am-6:30pm
