Kohan has opened in the old Maxwell Street Market area (now called University Village Marketplace). This Japanese steak and sushi eatery features a display kitchen fitted with a teppan grill, where show-off chefs will whip up your steaks (think Benihana, though you don't sit around the chef),and a sushi bar where your designer sushi will be made on the spot.
